Cameras capture first footage of elephant seals feeding in the deep sea
Scientists recently captured some unexpected visitors on camera at a deep-sea observatory. Eight young northern elephant seals appeared to be drawn in by the observatory’s sonar pulses and the promise of some tasty fish. Nom nom.
