Bats
Bats are the most abundant mammals in the rainforest and they play an important in forest ecology, feeding on insects, dispersing plant seeds, and acting as pollinators. The bat in this picture is an insectivore, meaning it preys on insects, but other types of bats eat foods ranging from frogs to fish to fruit to even blood.
