African forest buffalo
African forest buffalo (Syncerus caffer nanus) on the forest edge in Loango National Park in Gabon (Central Africa). Buffalo are among the most dangerous animals in Africa. When threatened they are extremely aggressive.
The Mongabay Kids site (kids.mongabay.com) aims to help children learn about rainforests and the environment.
